The underside with Hepsia is the lack of root access to the dedicated hosting server, but you will quickly fall for the user-friendliness of Hepsia's drag and drop File Manager instead.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a regular equipment solely in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is delivered free of charge. With Hepsia you can host unmetered domains in a single hosting account. This is realizable because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager section. The other CP setups, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered only in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have TWO separate user account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/management functions. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel option.
Hosted Domains 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all available CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your Top Level Domains under one single web hosting user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP setups do not offer such option at all - there is no Domain Manager section and for that reason they demand 2 separate hosting account logins: one domain administration/billing/support user account and one site management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will notice that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel supports Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin Control Panel interfaces work only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
Dedicated Server Root Access 4 - not available only with the Hepsia web hosting CP and offered in all other cases.
